There is no automatic software update function on the Wireless Professional WLZent.

The update consists of an update file with the file extension *.raucb. This must be copied to the root directory of a FAT formatted USB stick. The update file must not be located in a folder or subfolder.
Before the update can be carried out, the operating system must be restarted once. Once the control center has restarted, insert the USB stick into the WLZent. The update program automatically detects if there is an update file on the USB stick that contains a newer version than the one currently running on the Wireless Professional WLZent. If the software version on the USB stick is newer than the version currently installed, the “wlupdate” window opens. Click the “OK” button to start the installation.
Important: If the Wireless Professional software is still running, you will be prompted to exit, as no update can be carried out while the Wireless Professional software is running.
When the update is complete, the WLZent will restart automatically and the USB stick can be removed again.
