Wireless Professional control centers such as CPC3 or WLZent3 will use RustDesk for remote access from the beginning of 2024. The Wireless Professional control centers cannot be accessed via the public RustDesk ID server. A private RustDesk ID server located in Europe is operated for the Wireless Professional control centers.
The operator allows the ID server to be used free of charge for remote access to Wireless Professional devices. Support for third-party devices is not provided. The operator reserves the right to discontinue and/or restrict the service. The operator does not allow the server ID and server key to be passed on to third parties. The operator reserves the right to store anonymized connection data.
In order for the RustDesk client on your Windows PC to connect to the operator's ID server, this must be entered correctly in RustDesk. The instructions given here apply to both the portable and the installed version of RustDesk.
Enclosed you will find the instructions for changing the ID server.
