The Wireless Professional control centers such as WLZent3 & CPC3 will use RustDesk for remote access from the beginning of 2024. With the release of WLZent3, a private RustDesk ID server was set up with a location in Europe. CPC3s that were delivered before the release of WLZent3 or with the Wireless Professional version lower than 3.0 are not connected to the private RustDesk ID server on delivery.
It is recommended to also use the private RustDesk ID server for the remote connection to the CPC3 with RustDesk. The operator of the private RustDesk ID server allows the free use of the private RustDesk ID server for remote access to Wireless Professional devices. Support for third-party devices is not provided. The operator reserves the right to discontinue and/or restrict the service. The operator does not allow the server ID and server key to be passed on to third parties. The operator reserves the right to store anonymized connection data.
Enclosed you will find the instructions for changing the ID server.
