1. Disconnect the USB coordinator from the central by unplugging the USB coordinator from the USB cable.

2. Exit the software. In the upper left of the software, under File, click Exit program and confirm the following message with OK (the USB cache will be deleted).

3. Restart the software.

4. Connect the new USB coordinator to the central.

5. Then connect to the software by selecting the serial port.

6. (Option 1) In the software under Installation → System, click the "Reconnect All Devices" button

Attention: The "Reconnect all devices" function also runs on all other systems in range. Due to the resulting high radio volume, it may take several hours for this process to be completed. If other systems are within range, this button may NOT be used, otherwise all lights in the neighboring systems will also be disconnected and reconnected by their coordinator!

6. (Option 2) In this case, you must manually connect the lights to the exchange coordinator.

6.1 Since the light names are deleted in the manual version, the first thing you do is                                  Export the groups via Installation -> System -> Export Groups

6.2 Pull the lights individually from the left of the group to the right into the unknown                                 nodes.

6.3 Then drag the light back from the right of the unknown nodes to the right into the                                group.

6.4 Wait until the status changes to green and rename the light.

Are WirelessControl units (up to April 2016) assigned to your system?

With the first generation of our devices, it must be ensured that no more than 50 devices are in direct radio connection with the coordinator. Otherwise, due to the high radio traffic, the devices cannot connect to the new coordinator.

A unit only transmits when it is supplied with mains voltage. In emergency mode, the radio module is not supplied. The simplest variant is therefore to switch off the fuses of the emergency luminaires, then reconnect a maximum of 50 units and assign these units. Once all the devices are connected, the next ones can be switched on and assigned, and so on.
